Suzu is an ordinary office lady who agrees to look after a relative's cat, spending a week alone in an old house in Kyoto. On her first night there, a ghost appears as she sleeps and begins to toy with her nipples using its tongue and fingers. A cold, wet tongue coils slickly around her, licking and flicking from base to tip, and each touch makes Suzu let out sweet, helpless sounds. Before long, countless tongues crawl across her skin, and the ghost's relentless teasing pushes her over the edge from her nipples alone. When morning comes, Suzu is relieved to believe it was all just a dream. But the spirit returns every night, and with each passing evening its caresses escalate, spreading across her entire body. Though she was frightened at first, the overwhelming pleasure gradually melts away her reason. Then one day, Suzu notices that a pet camera has been recording everything. When she plays the footage back, she realizes that everything she thought was a dream was actually real. And at that moment, the ghost that had never shown itself finally appears before her.
