Please Stop Following Me, ML!

One day, I realized that I had been reincarnated as the friend of the female protagonist who dies trying to save the heroine of a decaying fiction novel. I really wanted to tell the female lead about this, but for some reason, my words were muted, as if to prevent spoilers. Frustrated, I ended up going into the forbidden forest and shouting out the secret at the top of my lungs, even cursing the male lead: "The male lead is a bastard!" But since no one was around to hear it, rumors later spread that the male lead, Archduke Wischwaltz, was actually gay. And now he's even investigating to find the source of this unfounded rumor...? "...My voice really struck a chord, didn't it?" Looks like I've ruined my life.
